We have been in our new home that was built by Charlie Bryant for over four years now. Typically, many people have a horror story or two to share in their home building experience, however, our experience was positive, virtually stress-free, and built in a timely manner.
My husband and I choose a very wooded-area for our home where we could enjoy nature and wildlife. We wanted to keep as many trees as possible, so our builder had us to mark each tree we wanted to save. Charlie was always on the scene when the trees were going down to ensure our satisfaction (especially the lady of the home)! From start to finish, we moved in our home within six months after the first tree went down. Our goal was to celebrate the holidays with our family in our new home. Charlie worked hard to make that happen.
Seldom do we recall a day when there wasn't a worker on site to do the job, regardless of the weather. We could always reach Charlie on his cell for any questions or concerns and he would have an honest answer. Communication is vitally important in the building experience and we would usually receive an answer within a few hours or at least by day's end. I would always know in advance when to pick out new things for our home, and the most quality with a competitive price.
At the time, our middle son was a young teen and we wanted our home to be the "hang-out" place. Charlie was able to maximize our floor space in the game room so we would have a comfortable sitting area along with the pool/ping-pong table to entertain teens. One morning we counted 23 sleeping football players in our game room and there will be more to come as our youngest son follows in his brother's footsteps.
Charlie was eager to please us and he valued our input. He prided himself in making us happy with our new home. My husband can only hope that your building experience will be as positive as ours. We highly recommend Charlie Bryant to build your new home!
